What is Momme in Silk?
Momme is a weight measurement unit used for silk (similar to thread count for other fabrics). You will see momme abbreviated as MM or mm. Silk fabric less than 20 momme is considered lightweight, 20 to 28 momme is deemed medium-weight, and anything above that is considered heavyweight. LoveSilk's products are made of 19 momme, 22 momme silk 25 momme ,and 30 momme.
