How to Measure

Here are some tips to help you get the right size.

  • Ask a friend to help you
  • Stand barefoot on a level surface
  • Stand upright but relaxed with your feet together
  • Use a cloth tape measure
  • Measure over underwear
  • Hold tape snug but don’t pull tight
  • If your measurement is between sizes, order the larger size
  1. Bust.

    Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Ensure the tape measure is level and arms are to the side of your body. Bring the tape together keeping a forefinger between the tape and your body.

  2. Waist.

    Define your waist by placing the tape measure around your waist and then moving it forwards and backwards. The tape will settle at your true waistline.

  3. Hips.

    Measure around the widest part of your hips. If you’re unsure, take several measurements then use the largest.

  4. Inside leg.

    You will most likely need help with this measurement. Get a friend to measure from the top of the inside leg down to your ankle.
