I have used these on my fine shoulder length grey hair. I used them over night.
They worked really well and I had beautiful soft curls. Unfortunately they did not stay long by the afternoon they had pretty much dropped out. I think it is probably because my hair is so fine. But I will definitely use them again just being aware the curls won’t stay very long.

Really nice high quality product. Tried last night, my hair is shoulder length and I probably dried it too much before putting in. Most had fallen out by morning, and definitely not as good as I was hoping. I’m thinking it’s down to user error though, will try again tonight and leave my hair a little wetter and maybe even try leave the clip in as well. I have high hopes!!

So easy to use with great results. I just towel dry my hair then wrap it around the curling ribbon and when my hair is dry I remove the ribbon and have lovely long curly hair.

Pleasantly surprised with how well these work! Bought as a way to reduce the heat tools on my hair (which is naturally curly but damaged) on day one I wash and straighten my hair and I use this that night to give me heatless curls for day two. Before I use them I put a hair serum in and that means I wake up with soft gorgeous curls with absolutely no need to use heat tools (as opposed to slightly wetting my hair which means I had to make some small adjustment with my heat styler in the morning).
They’re also not uncomfortable to sleep in and I found I could sleep on my side and back just fine.

I tried it out for the first time today ( recieved it yesterday)- waited till my hair was 80%dry then wrapped my hair round the silk rod and left it on for 4 hours. I absolutely loved the results and now that I’m home again, am going to try sleeping with the curler on to see how that turns out. Huge fan! Feels very luxe and works amazing! I got the 2.5cm and these are my curls after 1 hour of wear. This is absolutely no fault of the product but I personally didn't find it super comfortable to wear to bed so definitely recommend doing this at least an hour before you go out. I tied the rods behind my head (kind of like a headband) and was very comfortable to wear while I did other things rather than have the rods sitting on my shoulders.

I purchased the Heatless Silk Curling Ribbon Headband and it is absolutely brilliant! I love TikTok, and saw the heatless curls trend and the beautiful curls that were getting produced. The US version of this product is so expensive, so thought I’d try our own Kiwi version. I am impressed, excellent quality materials have been used and it’s been really well made. I have long and unruly hair which has always been shoved up in a scrunchie every night - this has resulted in breakage. This product nicely and gently gets the hair all secured away at night without damage…and in the morning WOW! Oodles of bouncy curls which I have not been able to achieve with curling irons. I know that I can finally start to repair my hair from years of heating tool abuse using this alternative approach and still have an on-trend look that’s to this product. Yay

I liked the product and enjoyed how lux it feels. As well as the outcome. However I needed two clips to hold the rod in place to wrap my hair tightly around the product (for reference I have very fine, long hair). I also found the rod a little long (would be perfectly fine if I wasn't sleeping in it) which irritated me while I was trying to sleep. However if you're a back sleeper or wear this during the day it would be totally fine!
