But it is not simply a city souvenir. Woven through the design is a deliberate layering of Egyptian and Venetian influence — a nod to the grandeur of older eras, read through a thoroughly modern lens.

Printed on the finest 100% mulberry silk twill and finished with hand-rolled edges, every detail speaks of precision. It was made to move easily through a wardrobe, lifting a plain white tee one day and a sharply tailored suit the next — the rare accessory that never seems to date.

Mosaic Magic: an ode to Art Deco Napier

Mosaic Magic looks to Napier — the Art Deco capital of the world, rebuilt in the geometric optimism of the 1920s and 30s after the 1931 earthquake. Its vibrant hues and intricate line work echo that architectural confidence, and yet the scarf feels entirely of the present.

This is the quiet brilliance of custom silk: history, craftsmanship and modern style folded into one. The silk twill base gives both durability and that coveted, liquid drape, making it a genuine four-season companion rather than a seasonal flourish.
