The silk itself
We use 22-momme, 6A-grade mulberry silk, the finest you can buy. Momme is how silk is weighed, and 22 is the number to look for: dense enough to feel substantial and drape beautifully, yet able to wash again and again and still feel new. Both sides are pure silk, never blended.

Kind to your skin
Silk glides where cotton drags. With far less friction and almost no moisture drawn from your skin overnight, you wake fresher, with fewer morning creases.

Kind to your hair
If you've ever woken to a tangle, your pillowcase may be the culprit. Cotton's rougher weave catches all night; silk lets hair slip freely, for less frizz and less breakage.

A reinforced hidden zip keeps everything tucked neatly out of sight, and each pillowcase arrives individually boxed, ready to give – though we'd understand entirely if you kept it for yourself.

Care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle in a mesh bag, or hand wash with a silk-friendly detergent. Hang to dry out of direct sun, and a cool iron on the reverse if you like.
