I absolutely love this eye mask. I feel I sleep more deeply and peacefully. I am used to having an eye mask of some sort to sleep with for many years but I switched to silk ( anything to maybe help slow down the appearance of age) after I bought my silk pillowcase.

This cap is very soft. It covers my hair nicely but tends to come off throughout the night. I don't like to wear it during the day because the style looks a bit like a genie costume.
