The silk itself
We use 22-momme, 6A-grade mulberry silk, the finest you can buy. Momme is how silk is weighed, and 22 is the number to look for: dense enough to feel substantial and drape beautifully, yet able to wash again and again and still feel new. Both sides are pure silk, never blended.
Kind to your skin
Unlike cotton, silk barely tugs at your skin or wicks away moisture, so mornings arrive with a calmer, fresher complexion.
Kind to your hair
If you've ever woken to a tangle, your pillowcase may be the culprit. Cotton's rougher weave catches all night; silk lets hair slip freely, for less frizz and less breakage.

Care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle in a mesh bag, or hand wash with a silk-friendly detergent. Hang to dry out of direct sun, and a cool iron on the reverse if you like.

I have ordered from Lovesilk a few times before and it’s always a pleasant experience 💖 ! The silk is thicker than other brands and soft. I have very thin straight hair but I never get knotted hair in the morning anymore. Thank you for the silk mask and hair tie too! Very fast shipping couldn’t recommend this store more.

Zip closure fits perfect to my memory foam pillow and I find with the zip one it keeps the fabric from slipping under your head as my previous satin ones did (with envelope closure). 100% recommend 👌
