Cool, luminous silver in our seamless envelope style. The pillow tucks neatly away behind the fabric, leaving a clean fold-over finish and a soft sheen that catches the light – all in pure mulberry silk.

The silk itself
We use 22-momme, 6A-grade mulberry silk, the finest you can buy. Momme is how silk is weighed, and 22 is the number to look for: dense enough to feel substantial and drape beautifully, yet able to wash again and again and still feel new. Both sides are pure silk, never blended.

Kind to your skin
Because silk is so smooth and absorbs so little moisture, your skin keeps its own hydration through the night and you wake with fewer pillow lines.

Kind to your hair
A smoother surface means hair isn't dragged and roughed up as you move in your sleep, so it stays sleeker and breaks less.

The details
A neat envelope back folds the pillow away behind the fabric, so there's nothing to fasten and nothing on show. Each pillowcase arrives individually boxed – ready to give, or to keep.

Made safely
It carries OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, which means it's been tested for harmful substances – nothing on it you wouldn't want near your face each night.

Care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle in a mesh bag, or hand wash with a silk-friendly detergent. Hang to dry out of direct sun, and a cool iron on the reverse if you like.

I've been searching for some time for a proper silk pillowcase as I need to protect my skin post cancer treatments and these pillowcases are perfect. Love it but do find the silk gets a little hot but I can always turn the pillow over. I got a new ZenCozy pillow at the same time so it is quite different but I'm getting used to it. The silk case has made the pillow slide off edge of bed but I just drag it back. Thinking about getting a second pillow case now.

The pillowcase is a generous size and fits well (note: I have a low loft pillow). It is well made. I have handwashed it once and it washed well. I sleep on my back most of the time so can't comment about face wrinkles but it definitely makes my hair smoother and more manageable. My hair seems to sit better since I have been sleeping on the silk pillowcase.
